Sign up, sign in, password resets and account management in Blanca's Builder.
- How do I sign up for Blanca's Builder?Open blancasbuilder.com and choose Sign up. You can register with email and a password or with a supported OAuth provider. After confirming your email you land on the dashboard.
- Which email and OAuth providers are supported?Email and password works for any address. OAuth currently supports Google and GitHub; more providers are added based on demand.
- My confirmation email never arrived. What now?Check spam and any forwarding rules. From the sign-in screen choose Resend confirmation. If it still does not arrive, contact support and we will confirm the account manually.
- How do I reset my password?Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We send a single-use reset link valid for one hour. Open it in the same browser you started the request in.
- Can I change the email address on my account?Yes. Open Settings, Account, then Change email. You confirm the change from both the old and new mailbox to protect against takeover.
- How do I delete my account?Open Settings, Account, then Delete account. We schedule deletion after a 14-day grace period during which you can cancel. Backups are purged within 30 days.
- Does Blanca's Builder support two-factor authentication?Yes. Enable TOTP from Settings, Security. Authenticator apps such as 1Password, Authy and Google Authenticator are supported.
- Can I sign in from multiple devices at the same time?Yes. Sessions are independent per device. You can review and revoke any active session from Settings, Security.
- Why did my session expire while I was working?Sessions refresh automatically while you are active. If your device went to sleep or lost network for too long the refresh fails and you are asked to sign in again.
- I forgot which email I used to sign up.Try the most likely address with Forgot password. If no link arrives, contact support with details of the workspace and we can look it up.
- How do I change my display name?Settings, Profile, Display name. Changes appear in chat, comments and audit log entries within a few seconds.
- Can I upload a profile picture?Yes. Settings, Profile, Avatar. PNG, JPG and WebP up to 2 MB are supported. The image is cropped to a square.
- How do I change the interface language?Use the language switcher in the header. The choice is stored per device. Blanca's Builder ships with 24 languages, all manually translated.
- How does Blanca's Builder pick my default language?On first visit we use your browser language. If it is one of the 24 supported languages we use it; otherwise we fall back to English.
- How do I invite team members to my workspace?Open Settings, Team, Invite member. Enter their email and pick a role. They receive a localized invite that expires in seven days.
- How do I remove a team member?Settings, Team, click the member and choose Remove. Their access is revoked instantly and any in-flight session is signed out.
- Can I transfer workspace ownership to someone else?Yes. The current owner opens Settings, Team, Transfer ownership and picks an existing admin. The transfer takes effect immediately.
- Is there an audit log of account activity?Yes. Settings, Security, Audit log shows sign-ins, role changes, key rotations and other security-relevant events with timestamps and IPs.
- Can I export all my data?Yes. Settings, Account, Export data produces a downloadable ZIP with your projects, briefs, memories and audit log within 24 hours.
- Is a staff account the same as a customer account?No. Staff accounts are completely separate and never count toward customer metrics, billing or business analytics.
