Terms of Service

Blanca's Builder is operated by Blanca's IT Professional SL, a Spanish company with CIF B16398596 and registered office at Calle Bazan 25, 03181 Torrevieja, Spain.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital age of consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

You may not share your account with anyone else. Each human user must have their own login.

You may not use Blanca's Builder to build or distribute illegal content, to attack other systems, to harass or defraud people, to generate disinformation, or to violate intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

You retain full ownership of everything you create inside Blanca's Builder: prompts, project briefs, generated code, exports and AI memory.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content so the service can work. We do not use your project content to train AI models.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

EU consumers have the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for paid digital services that have not yet been fully provided. AI credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.

We work hard to keep Blanca's Builder available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy fixes and change features at any time.

Third-party AI providers may have their own outages; we are not responsible for their downtime.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Blanca's Builder is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law in your country grants you the right to bring the dispute before your local courts.
