How we keep Blanca's Builder available.

This page explains the availability we aim for and how we communicate downtime. We do not currently publish a contractual SLA.

Security is a shared responsibility between Blanca's IT Professional SL, the platforms we run on (Cloudflare, Supabase) and you as the account owner.

Targets

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the production application. Maintenance windows are scheduled outside European business hours when possible.

Dependencies

Our availability depends on Cloudflare, Supabase and the AI providers you select. Outages in those services can affect parts of the product even when our own code is healthy.

Status communication

Confirmed incidents that impact users are communicated in the in-app status banner and on the Trust Center incidents page. Critical incidents are also emailed to organization owners.

Monitoring

We monitor synthetic checks against the public landing page, the auth flow and key API endpoints. Anomalies page the on-call engineer.
