- Does Blanca's Builder support e-commerce?Yes. Pick 'E-commerce' as project type to generate product catalogue, cart, checkout, customer accounts and an admin dashboard.
- Which payment providers are supported out of the box?Stripe, Paddle, Klarna, Adyen and Mollie. Each has a one-click connector under Settings, Payments.
- Stripe vs Paddle — which should I pick?Stripe gives you full control and the lowest fees. Paddle is Merchant of Record and handles VAT, sales tax and chargebacks for you. Pick Paddle if you sell globally and dislike tax admin.
- Can I sell both digital and physical products?Yes. Each product has a type (physical, digital, service, subscription). Shipping, tax and delivery emails adapt automatically.
- Are subscriptions supported?Yes via Stripe and Paddle. Includes trials, proration, upgrades, downgrades and dunning. Webhooks keep your database in sync.
- How is inventory tracked?Per product and per variant, with low-stock alerts and 'sold out' badges. Sync with external systems via webhooks or the inventory API.
- Can I sell in multiple currencies?Yes. Stripe and Paddle both support multi-currency. Prices can be set per currency or converted automatically.
- How is VAT handled for EU customers?Paddle handles VAT end-to-end. With Stripe, Stripe Tax can calculate and collect; the platform produces VAT-compliant invoices either way.
- How do I configure shipping rates?Settings, Shipping, Zones lets you define zones (country, region), methods (flat, weight-based, courier API) and free-shipping thresholds.
- Are shipping carriers integrated?Yes. Live rates and label printing for DHL, UPS, FedEx, PostNord and bring-your-own-carrier. Tracking numbers sync to the order and trigger emails.
- Does the checkout flow follow best practices?Yes. Guest checkout, address autofill, saved cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, mobile-first layout and post-purchase upsell are all built in.
- Are abandoned cart emails included?Yes. Up to three reminder emails per cart with timing, copy and discount fully configurable. Average recovered revenue is 8-15%.
- Are product pages SEO-optimised by default?Yes. Each product has a unique title, description, breadcrumbs, structured data (Product, Offer, AggregateRating) and AVIF images.
- Can customers leave product reviews?Yes. Reviews are tied to verified purchases by default, with photo upload and moderation. Reviews feed into Product JSON-LD for rich snippets.
- Can I create discount codes and gift cards?Yes. Codes support percent, fixed, free shipping and BOGO. Gift cards are issued as codes with balance tracking.
- How are returns and refunds managed?Customers initiate returns from their account; admins approve and trigger refunds. Payment provider integration ensures the money flows back automatically.
- Can I manage stock across multiple warehouses?Yes, on Builder and higher. Allocate stock per warehouse with rules for which location ships which order.
- Does the platform support B2B pricing rules?Yes. Customer groups, tax-exempt invoicing, quote requests and net-30 terms are available.
- Can I sync with my physical store POS?Yes. Square, Shopify POS and Lightspeed integrate two-way; custom POS via the inventory API.
- What does Blanca's Builder charge per sale?Nothing. We charge your subscription only. Payment processor fees go directly to your provider (Stripe, Paddle, etc).
