Billing and subscription continuity

Define each plan with its limits (seats, AI usage, projects). Limits are enforced both in the UI and at the database level.

When a customer upgrades, downgrades or pauses, Blanca's Builder preserves their content, projects and memories. Downgrades may hide features but never delete data.

Failed payments enter a grace period before any feature is restricted. The customer is notified by email and from the in-app banner.

Refunds and credits are issued from the staff console. Every adjustment is written to the audit log.
