Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How to exercise your rights
Send a request to info@blancas-it.com from the email address linked to your account. We respond within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will ask before acting on the request.
Automated decision-making
We do not subject you to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. AI outputs in the product are advisory and reviewable by you.
International transfers
Where subprocessors are located outside the EEA or the UK, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision recognised by the EU or UK.
Lodging a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office (www.ico.org.uk).
