Providers we route AI requests to.
Depending on your account configuration, AI requests are sent to one of the providers below. You can change provider at any time in AI Settings.

Security is a shared responsibility between Blanca's IT Professional SL, the platforms we run on (Cloudflare, Supabase) and you as the account owner.
Managed mode (Lovable AI Gateway)
Requests are routed through the Lovable AI Gateway to underlying models (Google Gemini family today). Lovable is contractually bound not to train on your data and not to retain prompts beyond what is needed to serve the response.
BYOK — OpenAI
When you supply your own OpenAI API key, requests are sent directly from our server functions to OpenAI's API. OpenAI's standard API terms apply; their default policy is not to train on API data.
BYOK — Anthropic
When you supply your own Anthropic API key, requests are sent directly to Anthropic. Anthropic's standard API terms apply.
BYOK — Google AI
When you supply your own Google AI API key, requests are sent directly to Google. Google's standard API terms apply.
BYOK — Mistral and other
We support additional providers including Mistral. In every BYOK case, the contractual relationship for AI processing is between you and the provider.
What we send
Each request contains only: your prompt, the system prompt for the active feature and the project memory entries you have authorized for AI use.
