Security is a shared responsibility between Blanca's IT Professional SL, the platforms we run on (Cloudflare, Supabase) and you as the account owner.
Minimum data
We collect the minimum data needed to run the product: account identity, the projects you create, the AI memories you choose to save, and basic technical logs.
No selling of data
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build cross-site advertising profiles.
Your project content is yours
You own every project brief, blueprint, prompt and export you generate. We process this content only to run the features you use.
Deletion
You can delete your account and projects from the product. Deletion is propagated through normal backup rotation within 90 days.
Subprocessors
We rely on Supabase (database, auth, storage), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN), Resend (transactional email) and the AI providers you select. Each is bound by its own contract and processes data only to deliver its service.
